Apron and Announcements

What do you do on a cold and snowy Day?

Make a spring apron.This is the first apron I have ever made and it was so much fun I can't wait to make more.So before the ice and snow get worse maybe I should head out and get some more fabric.

But first few announcements .

First for my 2009 weight loss challenge I will have to report a big 0 for this weeks loss:(

Second this is my 99th post so my next post I will be posting a giveaway :)

And Third and most important my Son and Daughter n Law have just found out that they will be having a boy in June.His name will be Gunnar Thomas we are very excited and can hardly wait to great him into the world.

Second Post

Two posts in one day because I am running a few days behind.

This is a update on the diet Challenge 2009.I am only a little more than a week into my diet and I have lost only a pound.This is not what I had expected but at least I haven't gained:).Right now at this point I am considering trying Weight Watcher on Line.I have done Weight Watcher before, but with the hours and shifts that I work it is very hard to attend meeting regularly.I have also tried very hard to exercise on a more regular and intense level .It is amazing how much better a person feels when they exercise, aside from the sore muscles everything else is definitely a plus.So for right now I will continue to truck right along and sitck with the plan.
