First Christmas

As you can see it is Parker's first Christmas.

He is growing so fast and changing everyday.

This is the tree we will set out in the yard to remember his first Christmas.

After he enjoyed the Christmas lights it was time for a nap.

Pink Ornament Swap

Thanks Sharon I received my ornament for the Pink Ornament Swap at Deena's and they are perfect!!There was one for each of my trees.

The Newest Member

Meet the newest member of the Family he or she will arrive in June.We are very exited to be having another Grand baby and are anxiously waiting to find out if it will be a boy or girl.

Grammie: Well Parker I am going to bring it inside and but bright lights and decorations on it and if you are good there will be some presents under it for you.

Sewing Room Tweeking

My sewing room is nice and I know a lot of seamstresses don't have a whole room to devote to sewing,but there is one area that is not so inspiring.



My closet !!! It gives me a headache just to open the door.

I also feel that I am not using this little cabinet to it's best possibilities.

If the picture above gave me a headache I think this gave me a migraine.This is the closet a few short months ago.My husband installed some shelves for me a couple of months ago and that helped with this disaster but it needed tweeking.

So with a little paint I have started the tweeking .

And if I do say so myself I thing these colors will be very stimulating (and they match the little couch in the room).

I did have a nice surprise while I was off my Daughter brought Parker over for me to watch so she could run a few errands.It was a nice break from the tweeking.

Halloween

Trick or Treat.

My Treat was Grammie made me a quilt for Halloween.

Parker is a little young to enjoy Halloween so I decide to make him a quilt to commemorate his first Halloween.

and as you can tell he enjoyed it very much.

Nature

We were on Vacation from work this week and decide to get away from the everyday blahh and enjoy the Smoky Mountains.

I wasn't for sure but I though I could see Penny's house from here.

There was much wildlife to see.

As always we enjoyed the ride through Cades Cove.

The view form the balcony of our room was breath taking

And what a surprise ,there was snow on top of the Mountain.

Oreo enjoyed her romp in the snow and sure was glad we brought her a sweater
