Oreo Gets a Haircut

Sometimes its short.....

And sometimes it's long and professionally done.....

But here lately it has just been plain ol SHAGGY!!!!!!!!!

So we got out the scissors and this is what we got.

Come on Oreo it dosen't look that bad.

I told you you looked just fine.At least we can see your big brown eyes .This will be so much better to beg with.

Valentines and Spring

Spring can't be far away (At least thats what the tuilps and daffodils think)

These are the gifts I found waiting for me on Valentines Day from my husband.Two lovely Fenton Glass figurines waitng for me in a red heart basket full of chocolate.

The Hummingbird found a home in the foyer .

The burmesse glass rooster is on my kitchen window sill with more fenton roosters.

Think SPRING!!!!!!!!

Sick Today

This Is just a little post to say never go around bragging about how you never get sick.Which I did a week or so ago and now I have bronchitis.I am now off to bed hopeing to wake up feeling a lot better .The doctor presribed some cough medicine that he said would make me sleep and that has been something I have not done for about two nights.

Cathedral Window Progress

After much cutting folding sewing and folding and sewing this is what one of the foundation blocks looks like. I am off work this weekend and I hope to make some progress on the project.I still have Easter earmarked as the finish date for this quilt so I must get busy if I want to finish on time.

It Must Be Love

This is a Glass Heart I received from my husband last year for Valentines Day.I love hearts and any thing made of glass.I work with hot molten glass where I work and anything made of glass amazes.I would love to make glass beads as a hobby but I have enough to do in my spare time as it is.Besides I stand over hot glass and flames everyday so maybe this might not be the best choice.

It must be love for Rascal to put up with this abuse:}
