Beautiful Sunday

Today my husband and I decided to take a Sunday drive to enjoy the fall colors. It seemed like a lot of the tress have not changed there colors just yet, this is probably due to the fact we only had our first frost this week.
Hope you enjoy these pictures Fall is my favorite time of year I would love to see what It looks like in the area that you live. Brenda:>}

Brenda...I LoVe your cottage home a dream for me to live out in the forested areas...perhaps soon as we are looking for property that backs onto a wilderness...I am an avid gardener and nature lover so I need wide open space with NO fences as I have now.
Here in my area of southern Ontario Canada we are having a mild frost free November temp.early this a.m. is 2C but I love the crisp air.
Our trees have NOT turned as quickly as previous years..mine in the garden are still GREEN.Well the birches are turning yellow.Maple still green.
When you look at my post of herbs..I still have several outside.
Come by I love meeting new blog friends and next week I am having a
GIVEAWAY!
Love the photos..so quiet and serene :)NG

Hi Brenda, thanks for visiting my blog, and for leaving such a nice comment. You have such lovely scenery in Kentucky -- one picture is more beautiful than the next! Here in NJ, we are enjoying somne beautiful color, but it seems like it took forever to get here...

Hi Brenda,
What a beautiful post. Your area is very pretty.

I really don't know anything about the train in Bryson...We have always talked about looking into, but never have...I would love to hear what you think about it after your visit....

Hi Brenda~~ Thank you for visiting me today and entering the contest. Yeah!!! You had asked about a pattern for the tote bags. I made up my own pattern after finding out that many patterns don't allow you to use their patterns should you decide to sell the totes, which I do. I could give you a basic idea of how I do it if you want to email me. Just a lot of strip quilting, measuring, machine quilting, etc. They are fun to make, just a little time consuming. Drop me a line sometime..email on my profile.

Hope all is going great for you! I know that it is a busy time of year for everyone and noticed a lot of us gals aren't posting as often because of it. BUT, I think about everyone nevertheless.

Becky
