With Our First Grand baby on the way (September) and me admiring all of the wonderful crocheting of Lallee at Lallee's Cottage and Pattie at Crafty Obsessions.I have started crocheting again.I learned how to crochet when I was a girl from my Mother. It has probably been ten years or more since I had crocheted anything. The first thing I made was the sweater we have not found out yet what gender the baby is so I made this off-white I will embellish this when the gender is determined. At the present time I am working on a Afghan that is in the shape of a star .This was very difficult for me to start and I had to do quite a bit redoing to get this correct, but have have gotten about eleven rounds done and it is coming along quite nice.I have included a closeup of the yarn to show all of the colors in the yarn.
The picture at the top of this post is a picture of a little crocheted Easter egg I mad just in time for Easter. The little duck is a Fenton piece that my hubby gave me for Easter.
