Weight Watchers

Today I started Weight Watchers with my daughter .She is trying to loose those last baby pounds. I am continuing my everyday battle with my weight.
In my adult life I have been every size from 6 to 18 but am happy to say for the past seven years I have narrowed that span in size and have been relatively healthy.Until this past weekend when after feeling kind of bad for quite a while I did a little complaining to my husband and he thought I might ought to check my sugar. He is a diabetic that now controls is diabetes and high blood pressure with exercise and a healthy diet.Well to make a long story short he checked my sugar and it was 150 .This made me take a look at the direction I was heading and it was not where I wanted to go.I have been checking my sugar for several days and it has beenbelow 100.
So this post is my commitment to turn things around and head back to the size 6 and become a poster child for good health that the Doctor use to say I was.

I am a "lifer" with WW, too, but I don't attend the meetings anymore. My husb. had a heart attack almost 7yrs ago, so we work very hard at eating and exercising! I'm glad you are monitoring your BSugar and taking care of yourself! WW is probably one of the best diets (I mean LIFESTYLES) around! Dana
