This past week we mad the trip to Va. Beach to meet Gunnar while there we took in some of the sites.
Parker did some swimming with Grampy and Mom

Did some car napping after too much sight seeing.
On the way home we stopped at a rest area to let everyone stretch there legs.Parker loves cars and trucks and decided to do some car watching(one of his favorite pastimes).
Next week I will start physical therapy for my back .I have two bulging and torn disc in my lower back.The Doctor said the best way to treat my back now would be a lifestyle change and strengthen my core muscles.

That is awesome you are walking 4 miles a day! I found out that I could walk in my sandal crocs, so I walked 2 level miles this morning. Hurts a bit, but when you get used to walking it's hard to stop.
