Make a spring apron.This is the first apron I have ever made and it was so much fun I can't wait to make more.So before the ice and snow get worse maybe I should head out and get some more fabric.
But first few announcements .
First for my 2009 weight loss challenge I will have to report a big 0 for this weeks loss:(
Second this is my 99th post so my next post I will be posting a giveaway :)
And Third and most important my Son and Daughter n Law have just found out that they will be having a boy in June.His name will be Gunnar Thomas we are very excited and can hardly wait to great him into the world.

Hi Brenda. I am on a diet...have lost 7.5 lbs in 2 weeks. Drink lots of water, take CLA and L-Cartine (SP?), and cut your food portions to the size of your palm for each meal. CLA and L-C can be a litle expensive, but check prices on both on-line, health food stores, and GNC. Hope to hear from you! Sharon
maintaining can mean lots of things, and not bad things. so long as you are continuing being healthy with eating and exercising your body is changing it's fat to muscle proportions and muscles fat outweigh fat. take some measurements to help you see it better!
