Hi Brenda. Don't be discouraged! It is probably the weather! lol I notice I lose more when I drink water with lemon juice added...try to have 4-6 glasses a day. When I get weighed...they measure fat, water, and muscle. I need to rink more water I am told. I think it also helps with crashing and hitting the brick wall later in the day instead of around 11:00 am and then again at 3:00PM. Hope this helps. Sharon
